Question: Problems with GenomeSpace Exporter

I am unable to transfer big data files (less than 30 GB) from Galaxy to GenomeSpace using the GenomeSpace Exporter tool within Galaxy.

Any help?

I've identified an issue that affects uploads that are greater than 5gb. Not sure on a time frame for fixing this, but you can track this issue here: https://trello.com/c/28O46iln

 

If you are not able to upload files <= 5gb, can you let us know.
