I need to access to data registered under the following user

elisabete.pires@inrb.pt

but this is an old email address from a colleague to which she doesn't have access anymore

is it possible to access to these galaxy data with my colleague's new gmail account? she is now using

ana.elisabete.pires@gmail.com

For anyone else running into an issue where an email used to register a Galaxy account is no longer available, know that the email address for accounts can be updated. This does require that you are still able to log into the account (still have the password).
