Hi Martin

So i went through the first tutorial (https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Admin/Tools/AddToolTutorial) and tried to follow the example instructions.

However, the result was not shown:

Image link that shows both .xml and .pl file is in myTools folder ( http://goo.gl/7eEBH6 )

Image link that shows the tool_config.xml file ( http://goo.gl/USH0MK )

image link that shows Galaxy did not show the new tool ( http://goo.gl/kbxn6E )

Did you restart your Galaxy? Can you please post contents of your integrated_tool_panel.xml file? (e.g. through gist.github.com).

Also please try copy/rename your tool_conf.xml.main to be named tool_conf.xml (without the .main suffix)
