Hello,
I have a problem with Cutadapt, I would like use a list of adapter, I have copied my list of adapter in the cutadapt_adapters.txt (galaxy->tool-data) and I have restarted Galaxy but I do not see my list of adapter, Galaxy in option "Source -> Standard (select from the list below)" reports in choose 5' adapter "No option available".
What is the problem?

Were the instructions here followed? https://cutadapt.readthedocs.org/en/stable/
If so and there are still issues, I would contact the tool author Lance Parsons through the Tool Shed (log in for this option). It could be that there is an issue with the latest Galaxy release that needs tuning, or he perhaps he cab help with the install troubleshooting.

I have followed the instructions in the repository READme files, where it is reported:
Configuration of Adapters
-------------------------
A list of predefined adapters may be specified in the cutadapt_adapters.txt
file which resides in the tool-data directory underneath the Galaxy root. A sample
file is provided.
But nothing changes.
