Hello,

I launched a new instance of Galaxy through Amazon EC2 per the following instructions:

https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/CloudMan

According to Step 2, it says that I can download the key pair from the resulting page. However, I do not see an option to download the key pair. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.

If you already have a key defined, Galaxy will try to use that.  If it had to create a new key, it'll allow you to download it on that page.  When you filled out the initial page specifying launch options, were there multiple keys listed in the "Key Pair" drop-down field?

Worst case, using the AWS console you can always delete any existing key if you think there was an error here, and try it again (or even create it manually in the console).

Ah, so it appears that Amazon will only let you download the key file once. I had apparently already done this, but misplaced the original file. When I deleted the key and started over, it worked.

Thanks!
