Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to know if there is any possibility to condensate sequences and  remove the same OTUs from the qFasta or Fasta file? I would like to have only OTU`s representatives  from NGS of bacterial 16S rRNA ...

I would be gratefull for the answer.

with kind regards,

Hello,

Please see the tool 'NGS: QC and manipulation -> Barcode Splitter".

The result is in an HTML dataset. Copy the split data URLs you wish to create datasets for and paste them into one of the upload tools (top of tool panel, or under 'Get Data -> Upload File). There is no need to download then reload. If there are several URLs, it can be quickest to use a text file to copy/paste from, so that all results can be loaded back into the history in one operation (each URL will create a distinct dataset).

Hopefully this helps, Jen, Galaxy team
