I am currently messing around with the new awesome collections and pairedcollections feature in galaxy. I am able to get my tool working with them as input, however it would also be nice to be able to output a 'paired collection'. Is this feature already implemented, and if so, could you provide me with a small xml example?

Kind regards,

I found this link which was quite useful for creating a tool using the new feature.

Martin, now that this has been fully implemented, what is the recommended way of producing a list:paired collection as output? The tests have used nested collections as input but not as output
