Hi,

I have been using MACS2 in Cistrome to call peaks from ChIP-seq data. It appears as though it's not possible to generate a wiggle file using MACS2, whereas there is an option to do so in MACS (within the Cistrome platform). I just wanted to make sure my understanding is correct?

Thank you!

I'm not sure if you are talking about the recent MACS2 wrapper developed here: https://github.com/bgruening/galaxytools/tree/master/macs2

I'm not aware of that option if it still exists in MACS2 I will integrate it. Can you help me and point me to the documentation about that option?

Thanks,

Bjoern

Hello,

We can wait and see if the Cistrome team replies here, but they may not be active quite yet. Email them direct about questions regarding the tool behavior specific to their instance is still probably the best route. Feel free to post back there, though!

Best, Jen, Galaxy team
