I converted Fastq files to Fasta and proceed with Megablast in Galaxy. Previously this workflow worked fine. Recently I tried to re run the same workflow and got this message

An error occurred with this dataset: Cannot locate the target database directory. Please check your location file.

May I know what happened and what is the solution? I would really appreciate your help, thanks.

Tool name: Megablast

The Megablast htgs, nt, and wgs databases are in the process of being updated to the latest NCBI releases and are expected to be available by tomorrow morning (possibly sooner).

Should you wish to continue your analysis using the prior versions, these are available through our rsync server for use in a local production or cloud Galaxy.

Best, Jen, Galaxy team
