Then I ran FastQ Groomer on some datasets. The results were shown under "History". I am wondering whether the results were saved automatically somewhere on the local server? If so, what is the default path? Thanks. Arthur

Hi Arthur, Any tools run on main.g2.bx... are only stored on that server and not on your local machine. By clicking on the Save icon (floppy disk) in your history item, you are able to transfer the data from the remote server to your local machine. As far as your local installation goes - the same applies. In addition, the data is stored under the following path: GALAXY_INSTALL_DIR/database/files/000/ However, the files in that dir are generically named dataset#.dat so it may be a bit difficult to find the file you're looking for. Hope that helps, Enis
