Question: Green error report from usegalaxy.eu from InterProScan

Hello,

I've tried to run InterProScan on use galaxy Europe server. I've encountered with this message;

I search for the solution and I found that it is about Java issue; https://github.com/ebi-pf-team/interproscan/issues/49

The tool wrapped hasn't been updated since 2013, so that particular Java issue may or may not be the root of the problem. Let's see what the wrapper author and admins for the https://usegalaxy.eu server think.
