HI:

I am looking for a way to quantify T to C changes on my PAR-CLIP data. Tools such as Naive Variant Caller also can yield this information, but they generate data for all different types of changes. As a non-expert, I am downloading the data into Excel, but the complicated nature of the output in Naive Variant Caller makes it difficult to specifically extract the T to C changes. Is there way that that one can more simply output only specified variants?

Thanks,

Chaitanya

Hello,

To parse VCF datasets output by the NVC tool, use the tool Variant Annotator process variant counts (Galaxy Version 1.2).

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
