Question: Can I reload tours over the api?

I would like to know if it is possible to reload tours over the api after the yaml is changed. I found something about it here: https://galaxyproject.github.io/training-material/topics/dev/tutorials/interactive-tours/slides.html#10 I haven't found this anywhere in the api documentation though and when I execute it, it returns "null" and the tour didn't seem to be reloaded.
edit: I have a valid API key, other commands, like getting the history, work.
