Question: Zygosity of mutations

Hi all, While performing an analysis of NGS data I am not getting the column for mutation zygosity after using annovar annotate VCF tool. I am getting a column called WES in the file Snpeff that shows mutations but not in the final file i.e. annovar annotate VCF. Can I get help in annotating zygosity of the mutation found in the annovar annotate VCF. It would be a great help. Thanks in advance.
