Question: Annovar not Running Annotation on VCF

Dear Galaxy Team,

 

I am trying to run Annovar and I have successfully done so in the past.  Annovar is hanging on my vcf annotation and is not even starting my job that submitted successfully.  I am not sure why it is taking so long.

The public Main Galaxy instance at http://usegalaxy.org underwent a correction this morning and all jobs are now queued up again to run. Jobs may take longer than usual to execute for a while, but all should be back to normal once things are caught up.
