Hi,

Just trying to collapse my sequences down, however I noticed the Collapse Sequence feature only collapses sequences that have 100% homology. Is there a way to change this or is there another feature I could use to collapse sequences based on say 98% homology?

Thank you for your help.

Hello,

This tool only finds exact matches. Grouping complete sequences based on homology is a much more complicated task and would include either assembly or mapping to a reference database.
