Hi!

I am having trouble trying to download a list of pairs from a mapping (bam files) either using Chrome browser, curl or wget. I can only download a ~1Gb file which is not my data (I guess is just part of the list).

I also tried to download the individual bam files from the list (because I have some unfinished jobs) but the problem still persists. Furthermore, when I tried to download the data with Chrome the following error appears:

Internal Server Error Galaxy was unable to successfully complete your request An error occurred.

This may be an intermittent problem due to load or other unpredictable factors, reloading the page may address the problem. The error has been logged to our team. If you want to contact us about this error, please reference the following

Any ideas? Thanks!

Hello,

Downloading datasets inside of collections is problematic right now. I've asked the developers for more feedback. Please follow progress here: https://github.com/galaxyproject/usegalaxy-playbook/issues/85

Update: Please see the ticket for details, but the main point is that curl/wget cannot be used with entire collections or collection datasets. The disc icon can be used for direct download for either collection type for now. We will be addressing how to get all datasets to download with the same methods (including wget/curl) - ticket pending but will be linked to the issue above.

Thanks for reporting the issue! Jen, Galaxy team
