Question: Ceas instalation on the web Galaxy

Dear all!

I am new to the Galaxy, and I wonder how to install CEAS tool into the web version of the Galaxy so that it will be displayed in the tools bar on the left? I have already seen multiple instructions how to retrieve CEAS from the toolshed, but it is all done from the command line, and I guess for the local Galaxy instance. If I still have to do that from the command line, I would be very greatfull if you could explaine it in detailes as for the person who is new to the command line, starting from how to connect to the Galaxy from the command line.

Hello,

The tools available at Galaxy public servers are set by the administrators and new tools from the ToolShed cannot be added by the general community. If a tool is not included at any particular server, it cannot be used (via the web browser or the API).

The Cistrome public Galaxy server does include this tool.
