Question: How to obtain more space for raw data and analysis

Options (all, and more, are covered in the FAQ above):

  1. Do the analysis in stages, purging/perm deleting initial and intermediate datasets as you work

  2. If the work is for an academic project, and you are working at https://usegalaxy.org, more space can be requested. (How to is explained in the FAQ's last section.)

  3. If the work in at another public server, you could contact them and find out what the policy is for account quota increases.

  4. Consider moving to your own Galaxy with more resources.
