Hi, I'm trying to perform analysis on MAF data on the public instance of Galaxy, but I'm unable to locate/access the UCSC MAF alignment data that is reportedly locally cached. (The bioinformatics article presenting the suite of MAF tools states "users can extract from a collection of alignments locally cached on the Galaxy server."
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3157923/ ) So, for example, after I uploaded a BED file of genomic intervals, I went to Fetch Alignments/Sequences, and chose "Locally Cached Alignments" for MAF source. Under "Choose species", though, there was an error message saying "No options available."
How can I access this precached MAF data on Galaxy?

Thanks, Merwin
