Is there anyway SHRiMP2 can be put on the public galaxy server as a part of the NGS: Mapping tools?

Hello,

This tool is not wrapped in the Main Tool Shed, so it is not on many public Galaxy servers. That said, I think it is still on the Orione server - you can check here and contact them about status if you have questions (technical or usage): https://galaxyproject.org/public-galaxy-servers/orione/

Alternative public servers can also be reviewed here https://galaxyproject.org/public-galaxy-servers or here https://galaxyproject.org/blog/2017-10-public-galaxy-dashboard/.

If you choose to wrap the tool yourself (or know someone that will), the contribution would be welcome in the Tool Shed, for use in your own local, cloud, or docker Galaxy.

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
