Question: Map with BWA-MEM local cache load option not available

The Galaxy Main server at http://usegalaxy.org is down for maintenance, which might be the root cause of this behavior. We expect the server to be back up at 5pm EST. I'll double check that this is functional again then, and provide more feedback if not.
