Hi all,

Up until yesterday I was using FreeBayes and all was well. Today I can't find FreeBayes in Galaxy. I have a few workflows that use FreeBayes and these workflows no longer run either.

Does anyone know what happened to FreeBayes? Has it been deprecated? Is if momentarily offline? Or am I experiencing a bug?

Thanks,

Skhan

Interesting, it's not showing up for me either, but it's loaded. I'm working on this, but for the moment, you can go directly to the tool with the URL https://usegalaxy.org/?tool_id=freebayes, and then using the "Versions" menu at the top to pick 1.0.2.29-3.

This has been fixed.

Thanks Nate. I used the tool from that link but my results (the position matches listed in the VCF, using hg19) don't agree with what I was getting before. I'll troubleshoot on my end. Just and FYI.

You might want to verify that you are using the same version of FreeBayes as before.
