Hi I'm trying to produce a krona graph from a taxonomy file from mothur, but galaxy platorm does not identify my files as taxonomy files from mothur. Could you please help me? What is the file that I can use? I uploaded *wang.tax.summary and *.wang.taxonomy, but none was identified by galaxy platform...
I was trying to mimic what is explained in
but I don't find any of these selection sets:
Visualize with Krona with the following parameters “input file” to taxonomy output from Classify.otu (collection) Set Is this output from mothur? to yes
