I would like to perform enrichment analysis and I need to shuffle data 1000 times and then intersect the 1000 outputs with particular genomic features - is there any way I can do it using Galaxy?

Hello,

Try using a dataset collection. You can group the genomes into a collection then run through multiple tools in batch, within a workflow or outside of one.

This is how to use collections: https://galaxyproject.org/tutorials/collections/

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
