Question: Random Forest / SVM with radial Kernel

Using a different machine learning algorithm. But I cannot find the neccesary tools for machine learning. Will they be implemented? (Random Forest / SVM with radial Kernel / Deep Neural Networks) What can I do now? Or, maybe, I am just blind.
