I want to recreate this: https://github.com/rdpstaff/classifier

(machine learning of k-mer to identify new sequences)

Using a different machine learning algorithm. But I cannot find the neccesary tools for machine learning. Will they be implemented? (Random Forest / SVM with radial Kernel / Deep Neural Networks) What can I do now? Or, maybe, I am just blind.

Hello,

To learn how to wrap new tools for Galaxy, please see: https://galaxyproject.org/develop/

To discover which already exist (or, you may want to model your wrapper after one of these as an example), please see: https://usegalaxy.org/toolshed

Also please see the Admin tutorials here: https://github.com/galaxyproject/dagobah-training

If instead you wanted to request that a specific tool be wrapped for Galaxy by the community (this was not clear), an issue ticket can be opened here for review and feedback: https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
