Hello, I've been trying to upload files via FTP for about a week now and the server has varied between slow and completely non-functional. I'm able to log-in successfully, but files either upload incredibly slowly (dropping down to bytes per second) or sometimes the connection just times out. I've tried this from home and at work and the result is the same. I'm connecting to the Galaxy FTP server the exact same way I have for several years and have never had any issues but now it's just not working. Has something changed? Is there something wrong with the FTP server? Has anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions?

No changes recently, performance can vary somewhat with load but should not be as bad as described. I was just able to upload a 1.5 GB file from my desktop at 50 MB/s.
Are you testing from work and from home using the same computer, or different ones?

Hello Nate, thanks for the reply. I was using different computers. The ftp clients (Filezilla) were the same as were the settings, but they were the settings I've always used in the past without any problems.
