Hi, I had been using one of the TopHat tools this week. Today, if I search for it, I can no longer find it.

Please let me know how to find it.

If you look at the main page on usegalaxy.org you'll see that the top tweet states "the tools tophat2 has been hidden, please use the superior hisat tool". I would personally instead use STAR, which is much better than hisat.
