The FASTQ reads I imported from EBI SRA (SRR064843) appear to be numeric (0-3) rather than AGCT. How do I convert by trimmed reads to nucleotide format so that I can do read mapping? Thanks!

Hello,

The tool Convert SOLiD output to fastq can be used (instructions on the tool form) on data retrieved using Get Data > EBI SRA from the link under the header "FASTQ files (Galaxy)". This places the fastq.gz file directly into your history. It can be used as is or click on the pencil icon and convert the format to uncompressed fastq.
