Hi, I've been trying to prepare the gtf annotation for DEXseq-Count on Galaxy on-line, but it doesn't seem to work. The reported error message is:
Fatal error: Exit code 127 () /galaxy-repl/main/jobdir/015/494/15494051/tool_script.sh: line 9: dexseq_prepare_annotation.py: command not found
