Question: Galaxy request are taking a long time to be treat

Hello,
We have a course about bioinformatic databases and we usually use Galaxy as interface to treat UCSC data. Unfortunately while I was going through the exercise it happened many time that I was not able to obtain my request to be completed (green color) even if I download the bed files from my computer. Is there anything I can do to be sure it will work for the course (3.4.2017)?
