Why Pilon freezes in Cloning stage on installation and never completes installation? We have set Conda and it has installed smoothly but it does not help installation of Pilon. How to fix that? Thank you.

Do you see any errors in the Galaxy log?

This does not seem relevant to the Pilon issue. Any other errors in the logs during the Pilon installation?
