Dear all My Data Managers all are not working when I click some of them for example: Bowtie index - builder

It redirects me with this address:

http://localhost/galaxy/root?tool_id=testtoolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu%2Frepos%2Fiuc%2Fdata_manager_bowtie_index_builder%2Fbowtie_index_builder_data_manager%2F0.0.3

And on this page within Galaxy is written:

Can you check the logs and see if it's printing something informative then?

Hello,

I suggest uninstalling the current version and installing the latest from the Main Tool Shed (http://usegalaxy.org/toolshed).

The tool was installed from the Test Tool Shed testtoolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu) and not the Main Tool Shed toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu). The TTS is primarily a sandbox for testing right now and not the best place to source tools, especially when they exist in published form at the MTS.

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team

Hi, actually the manager is working after restarting Galaxy, but I noticed all data manager have this behaviour - they are working but after a click a new window is opened and Galaxy again loads with the clicked manager (using galaxy-docker-stable).

This might be bug. Report as an "Issue" against the source repository: https://github.com/bgruening/docker-galaxy-stable

The more detail you can provide the better (order of events, what exactly is being clicked on).

Thanks for the follow-up! Jen
