Hi,

I am unable to upload dataset from the study PRJNA176451 to my galaxy account. I encounter error message no 104 Connection reset by peer. I hope there is a solution for this problem.

Hello,

Your error is one that the tool Get Data: EBI SRA was producing - now resolved.

For any reading:

  • If you were using either the EBI SRA or NCBI SRA tools before at http://usegalaxy.org and had problems, both of these tools are now functional due to updates in response to recent changes at the EBI and NCBI data repositories.
  • If working at another Galaxy server, make sure the latest version of the NCBI tool suite is installed. The EBI tool does not require a tool version update.
