Question: Installing more tools: Galaxy on the Cloud (Cloudman)

Hi , I don't see either Sailfish or Salmon anywhere in /home/ubuntu on the amazon web services cloud. Are they installed? Where? If not installed, do I need to install them myself and how do I do that? Thanks, Amy

If you are using Cloudman, you can make yourself an Admin and install any tool from the toolshed on to your Cloudman instance.

This is how to become as admin: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/CloudMan/Services/Galaxy

From there, use the UI Admin tools to install and manage tool repositories.
