Hello Galaxy team,

I'm running some pretty standard peak calling using MACS2 and get the following error as the job fails :

This job failed for reasons that could not be determined. Please click the bug icon to report this problem if you need help.

Is there a tool issue? I've tried doing this in a number of datasets and it seems to do it for some and not for others... I'll submit a bug report and put the url of this thread in the report message.

There is likely a problem with the inputs. Review of the bug report will occur today with feedback. Jen, Galaxy team

Hello,

I confirmed that this problem was related to recent server issues.

The Galaxy server at http://usegalaxy.org underwent some corrections yesterday. The root problem may have resulted in delayed access, failed job runs, and failed data loading (FTP and other).

Access is normal now and any failed jobs should be re-run. This may include reloading/recreating input datasets. If errors reoccur, please submit a new bug report.

Sorry for the inconvenience, Jen, Galaxy team
