Question: using 3.8 GB while 0 bytes for galaxy local instance

I set up a galaxy local instance.

I uploaded some datasets before but deleted it permanently from disk.

so there is 0 bytes in history panel.

But on the top right, it shows "Using 3.8GB"

Any ideas about it?

Two things to check/do:

If neither of these work, there are other configuration setting that could be a factor. Please let us know more about your local, the version of Galaxy running, the source if not from github (http://getgalaxy.org), and we can provide more help.
