After I connect my galaxy instance with postgres and proftpd.

I found that all the old users registered in my server are missing.

Anyone knows to how to retrieve them and their history?

Thanks...

Jen's answer is right. I would highlight:

If you start with SQLite and then later realize a need for a database server, you'll need to migrate your database or start over. Galaxy does not provide an internal method to migrate data from SQLite, and although free conversion tools are available on the web, this process is non-trivial.

Unless you are familiar with databases you should seek help of someone who will do the migration for you.

Hello,

The database content can be migrated. This can be a bit tricky, but I'll share some links and a post that should help. You can also do a post search here with keywords to see even more.

Hopefully this helps, Jen, Galaxy team
