Question: Progresive Mauve not visible as tool

Hi everybody,

I fear this is a rather simple question but I cannot seem to find an answer.
I just installed progressive Mauve with my local Galaxy. At Admin > Tools and Toolshed > Manage installed tools everything looks great. However, the search function at both the main screen as the editor for workflow cannot find my newly installed tool.

I just stared working with Galaxy but realize this question may very well be fundamental knowledge. Unfortunately, I didn't encountered any solutions in the tutorials and at the World Wide Web. How do I fix this and what have I missed?

What you have installed is a package with a tool dependency not the actual tool. The tool itself is being developed here: https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/tree/master/tools/progressivemauve and did not make it to the Main Tool Shed yet.

I pinged the tool developer to check whether he wants to publish it or not.
