Hi all,

I'm using Cufflinks from NGS:RNA analysis on a data set that's about 30gigs with the Galaxy main. I'm trying to run it on a collection, but it's been over a day now and the file has yet to turn 'yellow', or showing that galaxy is working on it. Is there anyway to expedite the process? Thanks a lot.

Hello,

I see several jobs in your account in progress (executing, "yellow"). As these complete, the next jobs will start in the order queued.

Hi Jen,

I restarted the cufflinks tool and it has yet to start working. After several hours it still says that it is a new dataset and not all of its data are available yet. Could you take a look? Thanks.

I think I might have found the issue. For the Tophat output of the accepted hits it states that An error occurred setting the metadata for this dataset Set it manually or retry auto-detection https://usegalaxy.org/datasets/bbd44e69cb8906b55c479037c0a6ab9a/edit. When I try to set the database/build it just states that Attributes updated, but metadata could not be changed because this dataset is currently being used as input or output. You must cancel or wait for these jobs to complete before changing metadata. Could you take a look?
