Hello,

I'm new to ATAC sequencing and trying to find out a best method to process the data. Could someone help me with some sample datasets or point me to a location where I can get the same? This way, I can play with existing methods to find a suitable one.

I disagree. They are not same post although maybe similar. Here I'm asking for a sample ATACdataset and the link you provided is for help request to process the dataset. However it doesnt matter.
