Hi, I started 12 HiSat2 jobs almost 24 hours ago from Galaxy. The boxes in my history for these jobs are still gray, and say: "This is a new dataset and not all of its data are available yet."

I have not restarted any of the jobs. I've had Galaxy running on my desktop at home the whole time so that nothing gets interrupted, but have also been simultaneously logged in on my laptop most of the time.

I've been assuming that there is a long queue and that I just need to be patient. Is there anything else I should be considering? Thank you so much. -Becky

Hello,

We believe that a few jobs may have a deployment problem to the cluster. So, even though in most cases we state to wait for queued jobs to execute for best performance. However, in this specific case, at this specific time, deleting the job and re-running is the recommendation.

For others reading - if jobs have been queued for longer than 10 hours, and your account does not have other jobs already running, please do the same.

Our apologies for the confusion during this upgrade phase at http://usegalaxy.org.

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
