Question: Alternative to Count Covariates + Table Recalibration for Base Recalibration

Hi I recently found out that the above tool Count Covariates fails now on the Galaxy main due to being deprecated, I was wondering if anyone knows if an alternative exists to perform the same function within another suite?

To perform these same functions, setting up a local or cloud Galaxy and installing the newer versions of the GATK tools from the Tool Shed is the alternative.
