Hello all,

I am unable to extract MAF files from a set of genomic intervals. I was previously able to do this (last week) but after the release of the new version I couldn't do this again. I have seen posts on biostars reporting similar problems, but none yet related to MAF tools.

The error I am getting is:

Hi Ana,

I was able to confirm this with an independent test. A ticket has been opened to track the correction. You can track that and testing after deployment to http://usegalaxy.org here:

MAF specific issue: https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/2187 Known issues: https://github.com/jennaj/support-known-issues/wiki

Thanks for reporting the problem! Jen, Galaxy team
