Question: Some tools in the category "Operate on Genomic Intervals" are missing

I noticed that some tool in the category "Operate on Genomic Intervals" are now missing, these tools are: intersect, subtract, complement, merge, concatenate, cluster, coverage, base coverage, and join. Where they removed? Are there substitutive tools in other categories?
