Hi
Please give some more details, like:
- which Galaxy server are you using?
- what's the url?
- what do you mean by "failed to import"? do you get an error?
the more details you provide, the easier it will be to help you

if I will import the data
the url is

then I paste the url to the galaxy ,but the result is not the file i will get

this is most likely the wrong url, as it doesn't work in a web browser either. Follow Jen's suggestion to contact the data provider in order to get the right url.

Agree, manual link is bad. Contact their admins for help. They will contact us back to correct wiki link or I can send a follow-up email. Thanks! Jen
