If I use from another pc the ip of the machine where I have installed galaxy I'm not able to connect.

I use centos 6.7

You have configured Galaxy correctly it appears. Neither 0.0.0.0 or 127.0.0.1 are what you would use. You'll have to find the IP address of the machine (e.g. using the ifconfig command-line tool, your administration panel for your OS, or a service like http://whatismyipaddress.com/). If your IP address is something like 100.200.30.40 then Galaxy should be accessible from other machines on your network at http://100.200.30.40:8080. If it is not, the most likely problem is that you have a firewall blocking access - either on your machine or at the router level. Debugging these problems can be tough unless you are responsible for maintaining the network infrastructure you are using. I would seek advice or look for a more general source of information and talk to your networking people - if your institution has people responsible for this. 

I have resolved only change the ip 0.0.0.0 with my ip of the machine!!
