Hi,

I 'd like to convert my file of chicken genomic intervals from the 2006 assembly to the 2011 assembly.

I have uploaded my file and tried the lift-over tool (convert genomes coordinates). I have then select my file in the first entry (covert coordinates of) and then I 'm unable to select the final assembly that I want (just "no option available" writen in the box with no possibility of changes).

Does anyone has an explanation or some advises to share?

Thanks a lot in advance

Caroline

Hello,

This is the UCSC galGal4 assembly? It is indexed for liftOver. However, this is the second report of a problem with this tool and we are retesting functionality. We will get back to you as soon as that is completed.

The other post for reference: Convert genome coordinates from hg38 to hg19

Thank you for reporting the problem, Jen, Galaxy team
