Anyone know what's going on with Megablast? It's still not working. Here's the error:

The tool is also not functional on http://usegalaxy.org. Maybe it is not a local dependency issue as I originally throught (and put in Trello https://trello.com/c/LNSxlzGq ) but some other problem with the wrapper working with .. maybe the latest Galaxy release? Just a guess. This is not in github as an issue (or I didn't find it).
UPDATE: This is not a wrapper issue. Our team is reviewing. Please follow the Trello ticket above for updates as we believe that the issue on Main and the issue you experienced are the same.

This is wired! subprocess is in the standard Python library since 2.4. Is your Python environment working beside this issue?
